We personally love the meaningful process of ‘Experimentation‘. It usually leads to Explore, Evolve, Expand the Experiences for Exponential Excellence. That’s the 100xMantra for conscious and continuous personal growth in life and sustainable professional success at workplace.
CoEx is also a Social Experiment to Serve, Support and Strengthen the NxtGen students, executives, leaders and professionals by exchanging our lifetime experiences, insights and best practices
We all have varied and verified experiences + expertise which we might have acquired during our personal growth / professional success journey.
After working in L&D, Content & Course Development, Vocational training, Emerging Technology domain, conducting Coaching, Mentoring & Training sessions for Corporate Executives, Industries, Social Development sector and a bigger inning in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) segment, training volunteers & teachers, Trainers & ToT and while conducting training sessions for Police, Army, Air Force personnel, I am able to Experiment a lot. My curiosity and conscious creative mind pushed me to Explore, Expand, Evolve and Experience different dimension of Excellence.
Starting from Personal Excellence and touching the inside of Professional and Leadership Excellence I’m able to create, collaborate with different academic heads, industry stalwarts, thought leaders, even some spiritual masters and able to cultivate and celebrate life long learning attributes of personality.
During the process I met many awesome writers, trainers, mentors, facilitators, leaders and unique individuals (the silent workers) and together we shared, served and strengthened the human bonds and nurtured our passion for attaining our life purpose.
While working with different and top level institutions, corporate houses, universities and professional bodies, the overall experience and expertise of team always produced extra-ordinary results while working in simple ordinary yet aligned and awakened manner.
Now from last few months, we (the CircleX core members) tried to share that collective insights and authentic tips, tools and techniques through some structured tie-ups with bigger institutions so that the collective knowledge will be given to the right seeker.
With the Top Leaders everything was aligned appropriately, but the next layer of management, somehow still living in fear-dominated closed mindset and with a fixed mindset was not able to leverage our efforts for their students or team success. They are happy with their routine system and hesitate to EXPERIMENT with radically new ideas, innovative learning/teaching/training methods and somehow consciously or unconsciously slowed down the process of execution.
Finally decided to TAKE THE ESSENTIAL STEPS with whatever resources we have right now to start sharing, serving the NxtGen Students, Professionals and Executives – the future Potential Leaders/Achievers through online mediums (social media platforms ), subscription based emails series + newsletters (using substack platform)
We invite all conscious individuals, professionals, thought leaders, decision makers, technology geeks and social enthusiasts to come forward to support the initiative. The task is meaningful/purposeful and we have to work passionately & professionally to deliver the best outcomes.
